Do you believe that it is right that a MALE manager at a Wal-mart in FL is allowed to keep his job for having sex with an associate while a FEMALE manager is fired for just hanging out with an associate???

well here's the story....Recently, a Wal-mart in Fl fired a female (salaried) assistant manager and a hourly supervisor for hanging out after work...the reason being "fratenization". now according to the company policy..."fraternizing is any sexual behavior/ relationship between salaried and hourly"......this was only a friendship
In the past, MALE managers at this same Wal-mart were transferred to other stores or
promoted for having sexual relationships with associates
    Now is that fair???

I got a feeling it isn't this cut and dry...there's more to the story than is being reported here.

No, of course not but than again look how long they use to arrest the posititutes and not the johns. It's a matter of the old saying, 'Boys will be boys.' It's ok for a man to go out and hit everything that he comes across but women are expected to be virgins until they get married. Now unless these men are having sex with other men (and that's a whole different talk show), I don't know how they're having all this sex if it's not with some women. But no, if she got fired than he should have been fired too.

I agree with mrigor...I can't agree with one way or another on how fair the situation is not knowing more details about this.

It's not good to get involved with co-workers physically or emotionally, but there's not enough evidence to show us how well the male or female manager performs on the job itself..

sounds like your summation is lacking some important evidence
