+40The evidence coming out more and more points to him acting in self defense. The autopsy report shows Martin had busted knuckles and Zimmerman had two black eyes, a broken nose, a wound to the head etc. Many say he is guilty because he followed Martin, but the reality is it is not illegal to track someone you think it suspicious in your neighborhood. He had every right to follow him and confront him. It is the person who started the physical assault who is at fault.
This will only be true if the 12 jurors look at this case the way you do,with complete bias against Martin and basing your opinion on the word of a self appointed vigilante who is proven to be a liar, bully and now murderer..
if you're talking about the 4 witnesses that changed their story, i didn't even mention them as having anything to do with whether or not Zimmerman will be found guilty or not.
you see nowhere that he has lied??
He already lied in a court of law by stating that he didn't know Martin was a teenager("i thought he was a grown man")
Yet on the 911 tape when asked how old he thought Martin was he clearly states about 17 or 18 years old.

Exactly! therefore it proves you are only taking Zimmerman's word for what happened by saying Martin attacked him first when no one knows this for a fact.The real fact is police tracking proves he continued to follow Martin even after being told he didn't need to do that.
Self Defense? yes, i agree Martin was defending himself against a stalker who wanted to play hero and instead, shot and killed an innocent teenager to death.

I would say those jurors must be related to the same ones that acquitted Casey Anthony,delusional? and totally biased, just like you.
The prosecutors are on record under oath as saying they have none.
Further, all the existing evidence coming to light, corroborates Zimmerman's version of events.
Further still, they bypassed the Grand Jury, which is supposed to vote on whether or not there's enough evidence to justify a trial.
Why is he on trial again? To appease an angry mob? In America? In the 21st Century?

Only half of the prosecutions evidence in this case was presented, so to state that there is none is ludicrous.
Also what prosecutors state under oath they have no evidence?

I'm not crazy about the law, but you don't imprison people for following laws you don't agree with.
If i a guy is following you because he thinks you're trying to break into someone's house, the correct course of action is to explain you're just going home, then go home. Not chase the guy down and start beating him.

You know the argument could be made, that if you listen to the 911 tapes, the operator is asking Zimmerman questions that requires Zimmerman to at least keep Trayvon in sight well before he was told they didn't need him to follow Martin. And Zimmerman did say at one point he lost him, and was returning to his truck...
Then something happened, Martin was shot dead, and Zimmerman was obviously beaten pretty badly...
If someone is following you with gun brandished... how do you get close enough to get that many punches off before being fired upon?

Fair warning 90% of this story is a poor attempt to portray Zimmerman as victimizing another black kid... But then that should be right up your alley.
I think i've shown numerous times that I'M not the one having trouble proving my talking points.
Let's not forget this same kid was found with stolen property and a burglary tool not long before this incident.

If Martin would have kept walking instead of turning to attack he would be alive. Getting out of your car is not a crime, attacking IS.
Martin shares the responsibility for his own death. Sad but true!
He made choices that ultimately ended his life.
