The evidence coming out more and more points to him acting in self defense. The autopsy report shows Martin had busted knuckles and Zimmerman had two black eyes, a broken nose, a wound to the head etc. Many say he is guilty because he followed Martin, but the reality is it is not illegal to track someone you think it suspicious in your neighborhood. He had every right to follow him and confront him. It is the person who started the physical assault who is at fault.

I also don't recall it being legal for a citizen to determine what the penalty is for a fistfight when you're involved in it.

Defending yourself when you think your life is threatened is a big reason to shoot.

BTW, how in the hell do you know if his life wasn't threatened? Were you there? If so, tell the police so you can be a witness.

You don't get it. There was no fighting earlier in the day. Where do you come up with that? Zimmerman was fighting for his very life! His nose was broken, split lip, black eyes, other face lacerations, and then a bloody back of the head , from being slammed into concrete! Z DID NOT track him down, and shot him to death. You are an idiot and can't read, and have no reading comprehension. It is a shame people like you vote! Democrat and voting for Obama right? There is one very simple question no one is asking here-If Martin had a cell phone on him- and he felt his life was in danger-Why didn't he call 911 when Zimmerman lost track of him then as well? Don't you think that would have been alot better then beating up Zimmerman and getting shot over it?Believe me there was alot of bad chioces being made here-yet this one has to be at the top of that list!

Yet if they both agreed Martines life was EVER really in danger, Why didn't either one of them call 911 then?And no Zimmerman didn't start following Martine-because you can clearly hear Zimmerman saying in that 911 call HE Couldn't find Martin,right after Zim was told to quit following Martin!And yet it only makes sense that Zim. was the one under Martin, Do to the FACT Zim was the only one that had wounds to the BACK of his head!
