    We live on one planet of 8 that orbit the sun, that is 1 of an estimated 200 billion stars in the milky way, which is 1 of the estimated hundreds of billions of galaxies in existence so there is more than likely life on other places other than earth. Especially with the laws with the laws of physics and life being constant across existence.

    No just that if he isn't part of reality then I refuse to live life by his supposed moral absolutes, I don't really care if he ultimately exists or not, I am going to follow my own moral compass either way.

    Maybe you perceive ALL opinions that don't line up with your theories as an attempt to change them, but no one really gives a hoot what you decide to believe or not.

    It would be silly for folks NOT to point out the arrogance of believing in nothing, becoming something, unassisted by higher intelligence, but no one wants to change what you decide to believe.

    I'm lucky to live in an area where, when you look-up at the sky on a clear night, the number of stars that appear are breathtaking - simply incredible to behold; and the longer you watch and let your eyes adjust, the more "stars" you see. Then, scientists tell us that some of the "starlight", we just saw, originated millions of years ago, etc., etc., etc. So, I find it hard to believe that we are the only "intelligent" life - I mean, if we're supposed to be "intelligent life", we better just hope (and pray) we are not alone, 'cause we've certainly made a mess of things lately. If any friendly aliens are reading this post, we earthlings could use some help; in case you hadn't noticed or think we are all okay with the way things are happening on earth because of humans. Thanks.

    While I'd be surprised if there weren't advanced civilizations throughout the universe, I do not think they visit this planet; there's really no purpose to it, plus it's pretty far away from the nearest possibly inhabitable planet.

    Extra-terrestrial visitors? While I believe aliens exist, I don't see why they'd buzz around in plain sight, and not attempt to make contact.
