Yes, but just remember this is still America and we still have individual legal rights and free speech! However, I have seen some not so bright people on here go over the line. Be careful not to cross that line and use common sense when you’re on here. It is really sad that everyone takes things so serious now in today's legal uptight world. Thats why we have more lawsuits and Lawyers than any other country out there! 99% of the people on here are just joking around or venting a bit. It's nothing to get all serious about and it disturbs me that my tax dollars would be waisted monitoring sites like this. Why not spend more time on the immigration problem! Mexico is flooding over here if you have not noticed! It was nice to have a site like this that you could vent a little and joke around on, but those days might be coming to an end if they really are monitoring this. I swear this country really needs to lighten up! It's all about massive control now and punishment for anyone who offends them. They are going to turn the internet into a boring place of business only. Maybe I will take up puzzles or knitting quilts for fun so I don’t ever offend anyone.

I dont think it is paranoia. The FBI has already stated they use Facebook to monitor the actions of individuals. I am a police officer and if I have a suspect and need to learn who his/her associates are, where they hang out, places they go, where they have been the first place I go is Facebook. So the question is actually not necessary the government has already stated they use social sites to find out about the activities, thoughts and habits of American citizens they wish to know more about. By the way if you clicked no your a frickin moron and need to get your head outta the dam sand!

I doubt the white house is monitoring SH. If they are it's just like they would to any social networking site. Now the FBI/CIA/DOD probably have computers monitoring this and anything else on the internet.

Duh! I certainly wouldn't doubt it. They already monitor our private emails and Facebook so why wouldn't they monitor SodaHead?!
