Do you approve of the "job" the 100 Senators and 435 members of the House are doing or, are you completely fed up with them?

all lawmakers should be replaced by new people.
All of these self proclaimed experts on everything are the very people who got us into the mess we find our selfs today.
It should be two terms for congressmen and one term for senators, they can't accept contributions from any one except voters. lobbyst should be banded from washington.
We voters should have the final approval or disapproval of congression pay and perks.
over seas trips should be eneded. we have too many real world problems here in america for anyone in washington to run overseas to see a pope or a vilage in africa.

I can't give 535 people the exact same rating. They are all individuals. If you name one particular Senator or Congressperson, I can give you a better answer.

So many somehow believe electing a new president will fix everything - no way.
This train needs to hit REVERSE, and fast. This Congress is largely without Principle, and not even Ron Paul can hope to overcome that.

Amerika has been over 230 years now learning how to Rule the people. It is not possible to ever get that right. How much longer can it survive like this?

So these supposedly "intelligent" people continue to increase the Rule, done by other supposedly "intelligent" people - the obvious goal is to extinguish our Species.

Maybe, but unlikely to happen. You only need look around here to see the poor chances for the Republic. Most people are stuck in a partisan groove, they see only flaws in 'the other guy' and ignore the flaws in the scumbags they support. Historically Congress's approval rating hovers around 20% yet the reelection rate for incumbents hovers around 90%. Its been like that forever and I see no signs that it is going to change anytime soon.

Indeed, I would recommend everyone embrace such a movement and have spent many years of advocating that people abandon 'professional' politicians in favor of 'amateur' representatives.

I'd have joined already but I'm not American. I can say though it has been two decades since i cast a vote for a member of a political party. Only an independent will ever receive my vote.

It is time to "kick" them out, but having said that, I also say that it is "We The People" that have allowed our sitting members to sit for so long and doing so little. We should, and should have, demand something better, but there are to many people getting 'free stuff' from the members of Congress that it is hard to vote them out. Voter education might be one of the keys. If voters vote by party, color, or gender, then there is no way but down the slippery slope to full blown Socialism with a Chavez like individual at the top.

The Senate hasn't done diddly squat for 3+ years and the House has been doing what they can but are stymied by Reid tabling everything.

Well, I would give the house a 2 myself. Just for living well in DC!
