People with leadership skills never focus, complain, blame or defer problems. Leaders take responsibility, take the bull by the horns and offer solutions by bringing others together toward the mutual goals with a team driven focus!
But still, complaining about it can blow off steam. Doesn't solve it, but it makes me feel better

Not necessarily. However one thing that complaining does do is it rocks the boat and brings unwanted attention to you, thus oftentimes making the situation worse, for you that is.
The problem is we have different ideas of what's most important and what's true.. I still say our government works best when they're able to compromise meaning solve a problem...
Yeah I do agree with it. But I also enjoy complaining to vent. Plus, others can hear of my complaint and 1.- Know that I'm unhappy...2.- Offer helpful solutions to my complaint, 3...Oh fuk it...I'll fix it myself!!
