Not when I support this
Illegals deserve no amnesty or path to citizenship. Time to get serious from top to bottom on illegals. They are a FOREIGN INVASION FORCE.
1. Finish the fence complete with Razor Wire on top.
2. Claymores & Landmines first 100 meters our side of the fence. We already can't go into areas of our own country
3. Militarize the border with Combat Troops, M1A1 tanks, Bradleys, Drones, Apache Attack Helicopters and issue "S. O. S " orders.
4 Repeal the Anchor Rat Law.
5. Start a Bounty Hunter Program and issue a bounty on All Illegals.
6. Severe Fines for any and all buisnesses hiring illegals.
7. Fines for anyone renting to or harboring illegals.
8. Cities/States providing sanctuary will lose Federal Dollars in addition to fines.
9. Deport within 10 days and if they want a lawyer they must pay for them. Remember They are required to carry a Green Card.
10. No Gov. Benefits or services (i.e. school etc) for illegals. Continue to purge/deport them as we find them.
11. Any illegal serving time in an American jail/prison will serve it at hard labor on a Chain-Gang.
12. English only for all Government documents, tests etc.
As for those protesting if they're citizens throw them across the border for treason and advocating the overthrow of America.
This is the USA not Mexico and it's time they learned that
Do you agree with the Supreme Court's ruling on Arizona immigration law?

The Supreme Court strikes down three of four provisions in Arizona's controversial immigration law, but for now upholds a provision that lets police, during routine stops, check the immigration status of anyone they suspect could be in the U.S. illegally.

Demonic Rat Hunter 2012/06/25 19:46:06No, i do not agree with the Supreme Court's ruling Comment if you like

Think about this; would you tell some random bank robber or sex offender into your home and make them family? If so, you're a liberal, and you should move your ass to Mexico and make it all better for them. We have law abiding citizens who actually deserve the American Dream. If you aren't American, the Dream doesn't apply to you, by definition...

Obama holds a huge lead in polls over Romney among Latinos, though many are disappointed that he has not delivered on a promise to overhaul the U.S. immigration system.
"Just as we remain a nation of laws, we have to remain a nation of immigrants," Obama said.
"That's why as another step forward we're lifting the shadow of deportation ... from deserving young people who were brought to this country as children."
Obama's order, issued on June 15, circumvented Congress after it failed to pass legislation known as the DREAM Act, which would have helped address the issue of children who came to the country with their parents illegally and faced deportation
So many are trying to come her legally, but now the court just said it's better to just come here illegally no one will do anything about it. Hence the Fed's will no longer enforce immigration law and that was decided within hours of the ruling. Honestly, it's going to take another terrorist attack to show exactly how stupid this administration is!
I agree with the ruling that checking immigration status of a suspect or POI, after stopping or arresting said person for some other good reason, is a legitimate part of any police investigation.
I can understand invalidating the "arrest on probable cause only" provision. I do NOT agree with the reasoning. The reasoning was "federal pre-emption." I don't recognize that, since Arizona never sought to make a new "rule of naturalization." I might have questioned it on Fourth Amendment grounds. IOW: get a warrant.
But the States have to do something. And furthermore, the federal government has violated the Article Four promises to the States: to guarantee to them a republican form of government and to protect them from insurrection and invasion. It's hard to tell what Arizona now faces: insurrection, invasion, or some combination of the two. Whatever, the Obama administration is not protecting them. I believe that Obama wishes Arizona to succumb to this, and is quite prepared to retro-cede Arizona to Mexico if he thinks he can get away with it.
has no muscle to make the law enforceable..
illegal is illegal..
throw the tax sucking , law breaking , dope smuggling , section 8 ,welfare queens out of the country,,
damn, deport them , we would have room in the county jail for holder and the rest of the gun walking crew....
no to obomma,
In May 1830, Congress endorsed Andrew Jackson's policy of removal by passing the Indian Removal Act, which authorized the president to set aside lands west of the Mississippi River to exchange for the lands of Indian nations in the east. Senators Henry Clay, Theodore Frelinghuysen, and Daniel Webster, as well as representatives Ambrose Spencer and David (Davy) Crockett opposed the act.
In 1832 the Supreme Court ruled against Jackson and Georgia in the case of Worcester v. Georgia. In a popular quotation, President Andrew Jackson is supposed to have said: "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!".
Obama just said the same thing about the Arizona Immigration case decision.
Deport the native Americans and let the illegal aliens stay . . . Uuuummmmm???
