It SHOULD have been upheld under the Commerrce Clause. The justices in the dissent had always shared an expansive reading of the Commerce Clause until now. They seem to be disavowing their own prior opinions here. I guess that is to be expected from result oriented justices like Scalia and Thomas.

read the 2000 pages, or google each topic ! I wrote a whole posting with documents of the actual pages that contained the laws over a yr ago and no one paid much attention they made fun of me. but those laws are in there just google search my points listed and you can see for yourself !
