    No, I don't
It is not Constitutional for a government to FORCE you to do anything.

The Supreme Court has passed itself into irrelevance

Please note: The Turd was not proposed by the House. All Taxati9on Bills must be proposed by the House. So Comrade Roberts told a lie straight up. People who at least read the Constitution are not fooled one little bit. Now who will over rule The Supreme Court and Hang the Head Master there? Perhaps the Little Red book will fall from his dying hands amd we shall know

    Yes, I do
What we have learned from Romney Care in Massachusetts is that less than 1% of the population chooses to opt out of the mandate. It is only logical to pay for insurance than it is to pay a penalty with no benefit. Then you STILL have no insurance and have to depend on others to pay for your health care if you are unable. Besides, you could lose everything you own without health insurance.

    Why the individual mandate?

These days many conservatives dislike the use of a healthcare mandate to expand insurance coverage. But it wasn't always this way.

In fact, the very idea of an individual healthcare mandate originated from the conservative think-tank The Heritage Foundation.

Moreover, many prominent conservatives have supported the use of the individual healthcare mandate. Some noteworthy conservatives who have supported individual healthcare mandates are:

    -President George H. W. Bush
    -Speaker Newt Gingrich R-GA
    -Senator Orrin Hatch R-UT
    -Senator Charles Grassley R-Iowa
    -Senator Bob Bennett R-UT
    -Senator Christopher Bond R-Missouri
    -Senator John Chafer R-RI
    -Rep. Bill Thomas R-CA
-And at least 16 other GOP Senators who have since retired from the Senate

No, it should have been struck down completely. If the Congress wanted to enact it as a tax, there was a method to do that; they did not do it. It is wrong of SCOTUS to "redefine" what this POS is and call it a tax. It is not the Court's function to define legislation.

WOW It costs $2500 dollars a year per family without Obamacare, andit probably costs a lot to have the crappy "health care". LOTS OF DEMOCRATIC DUMB ASSES on SodaHead.

The taxes for not having Obamacare is over $2500 a year. I don't have to pay if I don't have insurance. Obamacare forces you to have it and forces you to pay even if you don't have the money. Many people don't even want insurance.

    How retarded are democrats?

That's true, but guess what? Obama lowered the bar for who's wealthy, so I could be considered wealthy and be forced to pay higher taxes. So if you don't want Obamacare you're forced to pay high taxes.

For now, it's not. It middle class, but Obama is going to make any one that makes over $45,000 a year considered wealthy and pay higher taxes.

It's all over the radio and news. If they don't force everyone to pay high taxes how else would they pay for such a huge health care law?

They're many people on the radio and they all say the same things and they either masters or PhD's. That's more than enough proof

People on the radio are "right wingers" because they're intelligent enough to know how much Obama sucks. Every single one talekd about how crappy Obamacare is.

The one I heard it from first was Micheal "Midvack"(can't spell).

It's hard to find a job with health care or who will pay for it. I am a family of four and we don't receive any state aid. I work part-time collecting unemployment that will soon run out. But oh I forgot obama said unemployment is decreasing...that's because people are running out of unemployment benefits and Obama won't extend the benefits. He needs to show people like you that jobs are increasing and people don't need unemployment any more. Insurance for a family of four is close to $400.00 for many companies.

I'm not a freeloader but I've been unemployed for almost 2 years looking for employment. I'm a laid off mammographer collecting unemployment and working for pennies at Costco. No benefits can't afford to pay insurance or pay the penalty fees. I do hope you lose your job so you will know what it feels like.
