CRAP, I meant to hit NO!

Who among us is shocked, SHOCKED to learn that Eric Holder's Dept of (Social) Justice failed to prosecute criminal behavior. Could it be because the White House decided to give a few Billion dollars to G Sachs? Nooooooo, I'm sure that has nothing to do with that decision. Could it be because G Sachs gave Obama over $1,000,000 for his initial run for the Presidency? Pish, posh.... That's just a coincidence. Remember, this is the most transparent White House ever.

    Hahahahahahahahahaha

I trust the DOJ under the leadership of Attorney General Eric Holder and his judgement. . What a typical right wing question, that's right continue to try and demonize Mr. Holder who is an outstanding public official who's doing a great job.

Eric Holder isn't going anywhere, so the ethically challenged Darrell Issa can try all the tricks in the book. What goes around comes around and I believe the scales of balance is going to reveal Issa for being the scumbag that he is.

We could spend millions on trials, but much of what they and other banks did have never been delineated as crimes. There are no specifics written into law. So instead we have devised a way of making sure it doesn't happen again. Banks now must carry a higher percentage of funds to cover bankruptcy. If they go under, their capital reserves will pay for the aftermath. So those who think they got off scot-free didn't pay attention. They ARE paying for their past misdemeanors. I just wonder what happened to the law that was enacted after Enron making the CEOs and CFOs of errant companies personally liable. We seem to have dropped the ball on that one...................

Those responsible, should be held responsible. Then again the DOJ is lead by Eric Holder, and as corrupt as a man he is, this is not surprising he would once again hinder justice rather then pursue it.

People always scream about Wall Street and its role in the meltdown. Barney Frank and Dodd got off without taking any responsibility of their non-actions. The Occupy group should have occupied Frank's and Dodd's homes. Instead they harmed city governments, small stores, etc.

I misread the question, i thought that they did. I thought that they for once decided to do something for the people, but no, once again, they are only serving the interests of major corporations.
So my real answer is no, I don't think it's right that they aren't pursuing criminal charges.

No I don't agree with that decision and once again our government lead by republican or democrat parties. Prove to the people of our nation they in no way have the best interest of the people or the best interests of the nation in their agenda.. When is this nation going to become sick enough of not being represented by those who they elected to represent them, to have have them represent corporations such as Goldman Sachs. Just as was done with the sell of Chrysler to Fiat resulted in roughly a 1.3 billion dollar to the taxpayers, add to that over $100 billion dollars never recovered from GoldDigger Sachs, and now they are going to allow those at golddiggers sachs who played a huge roll in the what caused the financial crisis in the first place.... $85 billion of the never recovered bailout money given to golddigger sachs by Timothy Geithner then the head of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Timothy Geithner, is now the U.S. treasury secretary. Timothy Geithner has been involved with the golddigger sachs situation from the start to now the finish and it simply appears hes had his hands deep in this decision to turn a blind eye on crimes committed by golddigger sachs.

Timothy Geithner, has been involved in every part of goldsmith and needs to be investigated to determine if he needs to be charged with any crimes committed during his involvement.

It's made clear on a regular basis the Obama Administration is a part of the Democrat Party, It is also made clear the Obama administration has also been involved with the previous administration of G.W. Bush, With it plain to see all of those involved have the same agenda. This includes the Obama Administration, The Democrat Party, The Bush Administration and the Republican Party have all been involved and had the same agenda.
