Odinsown 2012/07/03 06:47:10I don't agree with her+7Only in complete liberty, complete freedom, can there be true equality. Only in the absence of force can people be left on an even playing field. A field where hard work, dedication, and integrity determine your success. Free the markets, free yourself, become equals.

Setting that aside, I can see no rational argument that can show removing anyone's liberties to create 'equality' would be good (a vague notion that means different things in different contexts ,and in some places only exists when forced). True liberty, when given to all creates equality in opportunity only meaning that no one can take your liberty to take advantage of it (along with anyone else who chooses to, but then the best/luckiest/most diligent will succeed, we are not truly equal in all things and never will be).
Equality is only ever an issue when personal liberties are taken (which more or less proves the point).
