Well, Depends on what you mean by Fake. I deal with fakes on the computer and off. I hate it when people steal other people's pictures, claim them as their own, and then act as if they are really that person. And as for real life fakers, I normally ignore them, that's the best way to handle it, because obviously if they need to be fake to your face, then there aint nothing real about the communication that y'all have. But That's just my way of looking at it.
