Do the Liberals in America want this Country to have socialism? Hilary and Obama both belong to the socialist movement. Socialism is the redistribution of money.

    Hillary speaking of big oil was quoted as saying "I want to take those profits and put them into an alternative energy fund that will begin to fund alternative smart energy alternatives that will actually begin to move us toward the direction of independence." Take? When do you have the right to take profits from a company?

    Obama also in a victory speech mentioned Exxon Mobil's profits for the year. He was quoted as saying it was going to be "hard for a company like that to give up their profits." Taking the profits of a publicly held company that pays dividend checks to quite a few middle class citizens.

    I 100% agree with you, Bill on Obama being a socialist/marxist.

American liberalism is just a growing shadow of European liberalism (in fact, American liberals frequently point to Europe as a role model), and that region is rapidly evolving into a socialist society. It's more than just a redistribution of money, but a redistribution of wealth in general, which is slightly different.
