candidate wives are able to give us a different look...and we can see just how the
candidate lives, relates to his wife, and, most importantly, what the priority of the wife
is and is she a good partner for this difficult endeavor.

I think you could say Ann Romney affected in a negative. She was like the queen or the prom queen addressing her subjects. So insincere, so clueless and certainly no sister of mine. On the other hand, Michele Obama connected with warmth, grace, intelligence and sincerity. She is an asset and Ann Romney is an "oh puleeze".

Never has anything to do with the voting. Michele obama has blown tons of dollars on 16 vacations in and out of this country in the last 3 years...unbeliveable...and we also feed her mother in the white house too.

I would expect a Candidates wife to be his greatest champion, and completely biased. So NO their speeches do not affect my vote.

Not to me. Not to be mean but I really don't care for what the wives has to say just their husbands, because they're the ones running. I doubt the wives are going to be honest about their flaws.

Not really, I think it's like preaching to the converted, it just confirms who they already chose to vote for.

It's never swayed me; I'm voting for the candidate...not their spouse.

I think that candidates themselves are suppose to sway the voters.

To a degree possibly. She could affect policy in the bedroom.

I don't think so in this case..... Most of the country has decided who they are voting for and won't change their mind...... 11/6/12 is going to be an interesting night
