Anyone who says otherwise is a fool. Look at what they are doing right now. Instead of supporting our economy in the US and holding back sales of refined product and keeping prices lower here and lowering imports, they are selling oil on the open market and EXPORTING OUR NATURAL RESOURCES!!

Try looking at how either party votes anytime they attempt to pass a bill to end giving money to oil company's that are making record profits. It is pretty one sided. It is quite obvious which party is to blame. That party starts with an R.

besides oil price increase is based on the commodities market speculation

Oil prices are not based on market speculation. But it does effect the price of gas, for speculators to get a cut for doing absolutely nothing toward the production of gas.

I can see from where I am here is that the oil companies are actually making money from the Mexican oil. Mexico does not have the refining capacity for the demand. So America refines Mexico's oil. Not all but a lot. Now knowing that, do you think if we are paying so much and we are getting Oil from Mexico as well as the Middle East. Why are we paying So damn much? If they would let American pay less at the pump, we can allocate that money in our Rent, Mortgage, Hobbies, etc. But It seems to hurt them if we pay low prices. But why? If the prices where low, I would probably make up the difference by driving so Darn much. They are killing the joy of driving by doing that. Maybe that's their goal.

yes I am on my toes ;-) no harm done. mexico has a huge problem don here with their gas. The government won´t let private investors invest in the oil refining business unless it is owned and operated by the government. So think about that. How about government control? So when yo have it, you can´t even us it!

Yes... and for some reason they still receive subsidies because if they didn't oil prices might go up... Ooops they already did. Buy hey, isn't that what capitalizm is all about!? :-(
