My favorite way to get blocked is to slam a liberal with a fox news reference. The Marxist will spew the fallacy of shooting the messenger. But instead of identifying the fallacy I will slam them with a reference from Obama, MSN, or the Huffington post saying the same thing as Fox did.
I have been blocked many times for that move. It really frustrate a Liberal. It is a double slam on the Liberal. Especially using an Obama White House reference.
Do liberals on SH block more?

Did you ever wonder whether liberals are more likely to block than moderates or conservatives when someone disagrees with them?
Well, wonder no more. According to a Pew Research Center tracking survey, liberals are about twice as likely to block or unfriend someone for disagreeing with them, as compared with moderates or conservatives on social networking sites.

Hypnosis explains a lot about lib thinking.
As an argument evolves and disintegrates into name calling I just maintain an argument based of facts, or one of questioning what in the hell are they talking about.
It works to get me blocked by liberals and sometimes conservatives.
I have no problem with it because it means I got insider their head and they really don't like what they are seeing coming from themselves instead of me. I am beyond mere words upsetting me.
The question really is which group is most likely to block its opposite number.
The Pew survey gives a pretty clear answer.
this from Mr spelling police chief ..??
And the only people who block me here are conservatives. I think blockers are cowards and immature, but that's only me. It might be as normal as sunshine for them.
People like FanOReilly, Art, QueenAline, snell, and others...they block.
Are they cowards? You tell me.
But some, like KCurtis, are great...every once and a while she and I have a decent, but short, exchange, and we both leave with our minds and souls intact.
And that's the way it should be. But others...God...say one thing that upsets them...present one fact that can not be disputed, and they not only go away, they go away mad, and block...LOLOL!!!
Ah, well...I say let them be afraid if they want to. Here they have the internet to hide behind...can you imagine them in a real-life situation, confronted by real people, standing in front of them, giving them opinions and facts?
They probably fall apart like an over-cooked squash...LOL!
If there are 1000 conservatives on a site and 80 of them block, that's a block rate of 8%.
If there are 100 liberals on the same site, and 16 of them block, that's a block rate of 16%.
Do you have any evidence that SH should be significantly different from other sites, in regard to relative blocking likelihood of liberals and conservatives?
I've only been blocked by far-right conservatives and idiots- and once because I was a jackass.
Liberals tend to block for excessive comments/attacks and conservatives block because they want to end the conversation or are offended by a curse word.
is welcome to their own beliefs. Just don't call me names and say I am dumb
when I don't believe the same way you do!
in your mind, so be it! My motto: "I dance to a different drum and
always just be myself. I would never change to impress someone else!"
