Do Democrats REALLY think Obama ended the war in Iraq?

Obama has been saying that he "ended the war in Iraq" just like he promised. He has also put it in campaign ads.

Unfortunately for Obama, this is a lie.

In 2008, the Bush Administration negotiated the withdrawal of US Troops from Iraq to happen in December of 2011.

Since the Troops left Iraq EXACTLY WHEN BUSH SET AS THE TIMETABLE, how come Democrats think that Obama ended the war?

"All US Forces were mandated to withdraw from Iraqi territory by 31 December 2011 under the terms of a bilateral agreement signed in 2008 by President Bush."

PS Obama actually promised to have the troops out within 16 months of his innauguration. LOL

    Barry has done nothing but spend, extend and expand the patriot act, sign NDAA into law, make a few executive orders, send troops into lybia, syria, yemen, north korea, put spy drone in the air to spy on US citizens, go our hard earned money to support arab spring and the muslim brotherhood, all and every thing he has done has been unconstitutional and dumney supports most of what barry has done.

    Many Democrats believe he can walk on water, so thinking he ended the war is very easy for them to beleive. Besides it gives them the chance to get anothr tingle up their legs.

    He said it ... um .... 150 times. In fact, he declared and end to the War 3 different times which kept Wiki busy updating their page. Who knows what the 'official' date is, but as written above, the withdraw timeframe had NOTHING to do with 0bozo.

    The only way that could have changed would have been a re-negotiated set of terms with Iraq, and that never happened.

    His taking credit (I-I-I-I got bin Laden) would be akin to future Pres. Romney taking credit for whatever is left of 0bozocare in 2013 since the most damaging aspects weren't scheduled to take affect until then.

    Fortunately, the SCOTUS will be announcing their decision to slap down the mandate any day now, so Congress will be left to decide what to do with the rest.
