And even worse, corporations have been granted more person-ship, they now have the right of free speech and can contribute or and advertize for any person running for elected positions.

Close the loopholes, penalize those corporations who outsource... force them to pay their fair share. Tax offshore accounts and money made overseas (at a reduced rate if need be).

The deficit could be greatly reduced if there was an Alternative Minimum Tax for corporations.

Corporations are created and developed by real people. There are people who run these corporations, just like the unions were created and developed by real people, and have people running them.
Are the unions paying their fair share of taxes, or are we paying for that, too?

Don't know about unions. Although Corporations are a legal instrument of an "artificial peoson", set-up so owership can be distributed and the core owners of the corp cann't be sued, with the balance is that they pay taxes like other people.

Our corporations got too many tax breaks , in return for campaign contributions (bribes) ,
mostly to Republicans & some moderate Democrats . Many companies made billions last year & didn't pay any taxes , which is part of why we have big deficit.
