Do Americans deserve an attorney general whose loyalty to the justice system will trump his loyalty to the White House?

I am well aware that it is hard to dump your feelings and your biases to do important jobs in America which require neutrality, but many, many men and women before Holder have managed to do just that. His loyalty to the White House and/or to the far left have been obvious for quite some time. The most egregious that I felt should have blown him out of the water is the refusal to prosecute the New Black Panthers for their documented misbehavior at the voting polls. Heck, I thought voting was supposed to be this huge, sacred, big deal in America. And with the exception of a small handful of outcries, nobody seems to think the man needs to be impeached for this. Well, guess what, folks? He needs to be impeached. Justice cannot be just as long as it is not applied justly!

Since when has that ever been the situation, Lol.
By the time anyone gets to the point of being an attorney general they are so corrupt into their own style of politics, you could never change their views on anything.
We get what we get when we vote uninformed, and that's what we did !

Yes! That's his stinking job. He needs to start doing it and advising Obama on the Constitution instead of subverting it. They don't take an oath to the POTUS, they take an oath to the United States and our Constitution.

The claim by Arizona senior ATF officials that none of the weapons lost in the botched Fast and Furious sting operation were used in the shooting of a Border Patrol agent is not supported by FBI ballistics tests, according to a copy of the FBI report on the shooting.

And loyally to the White house and the justice system run parallel ,so Holder has to hold up the Justice system too...which he is. Arizona 's ATF's are the one's that blew it with those guns...Those guys in Arizona don't like Obama and could have purposely allow this to happen to take down Obama's people. As you can see John Cornyn is not gonna point that out...I checked yes to get your attention....on this point.

Manuel, who the heck do you think the ATF works for? They are not supposed to have any loyalty to the POTUS they are SUPPOSED to be independent and uphold the Constitution.

The ATF in Arizona are suppose to follow the orders of Holder...they didn't...they are the ones that botch this whole gun thing by losing track of them...don't you find that kinda odd?...and I think they did it purposely... kinda like the Kennedy Hoover relation ...So if anyone else should be questioned...it's the leaders of the Arizona ATF. ...

Actually, I think it's like Dubya~Rumsfield when Rumsfield said "you don't go to war with the army you want, you go with the army you have" when he was asked about why are soldiers were STILL ill equipped after 3 or 4 years. Like Dubya~Brown after Katrina and his "Good job Brownie" when people were dying. The National Guard should have been sent in in spite of the laws requiring Blanco to request aid.

I have news for you, the ATF in Arizona would have acted the same way no matter who the POTUS was or who was AT at the time. It's called CYA.

I can't believe I am actually having to address this. It is something that should go without saying. The Attorney General's office should be free of being beholden to any politician. That office should be a guardian of the Constitution even if no one else in the government is. Holder has Consistantly shown that Obama has his leash. With the recent Executive Order to bypass Congress and take it upon himself to grant Amnesty to anyone under 31 and issue work permits makes me wonder who has President Obama's leash. It sure as hell isn't the American people.

HA!HA! HA!HA! Pea Brain Holder was selected and appointed through the professional legal system by Conservative Republicans.its comical watching Conservative RWNJs attacking him.all part of the RWNJ Circular Firing Squad.Holder is also a Legal Favorite, famous for defending the Wrong Doings of the Wall St. Republican Fat Cats.

Ronald Reagan appointed Holder to serve as a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in 1988 which is a non-political position. Doesn't make him a Republican. His career since stepping down from that bench has been in the service of such notable Democrats as Bill Clinton, Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and his good friend Barack Obama.
So who's the laughing pea brain?

You are.a typical RWNJ example of morphing into that Right Wing Fantasyland of delousion and self created upside down and side ways twisted minipulation of information and spin to support what you want to believe.you began by saying "Ronald Reagan appointed Holder...." I'm laughing at you.and all the other RWNJs,who ignore facts and reason.

Everybody else seems typical to a self absorbed mental midget like you. I'm just giving you the straight info from Holder's biography. Are you going to try to prove me wrong or are you going to spend the rest of this sunny pleasant Saturday afternoon on the internet spewing brain farts back at me like a typical LWNJ?
  • bigfoot Soundstorm 2012/06/16 23:51:13

being a LWNJ and proud of it,I have spent years on Soda Head presenting facts disproving to no avail to RWNJs their positions.therefore,I have no interest beyond communicating to reasonable people my position for them to decide its merit.what is Wrong with you?you use terms like"mental midget". why would you use the accepted definition of a RWNJ to describe someone else? will a phone call from Eric satisfy you? is Gen'l Powell,an Obama supporter,a Republican?

Looks more like you've spent years mouthing off about how you present facts and disprove others without once ever doing it. Since you can't back up your claims about Eric Holder I guess it's all you can do. But you're just making yourself look like a bigger fool by taking pride in your empty rhetoric.
