Here in SC unemployment is 16%. What do you consider that? Gas is over $3.00 a gallon, so people can't aford to go out of town to get a lousy job.

Wasn't gas about to hit $4.00 a few months ago. Since Obama was responsible for making the cost of gas go up as it is said, what kind of magic do he use to bring it back down. Oh I remember, he sent a carrier to the middle east to ensure that the Iranians were unable stop the flow of oil and speculators were forced to sell of and it lowered prices. What a dumb ass, that guy is, right? Right?

It's $3.60 per gallon in my area and risin'. Just went up another 10 cents per gallon 3 days ago. When I asked, the guy said to be ready for more. Guess obama thought the strait of Hormuz is in south America somewhere and sent his Carriers down there! I mean, he does think Hawaii is in Asia, right? And he even, supposedly, grew up there. Lol!

When Maobama still thought he had a chance in November, he lowered gas prices a little, hoping we'd forgive and forget. When he realized we wouldn't do either, he started raising the prices back up again. That miserable little prick has to get in every dig he can before we throw him out on his keester. He's a very little, little boy.

I am not as familiar with SC as with other states. I do know that their gas prices are far lower than most states. And, there are many ways to creatively make money without unemployment and cars.

Really Barnwell County is the size of RI. There are 3 towns in the county. We have 1 Walmart, 1 KFC, 1 McD's, 1 Hardees. We don't have much here. 700 kids in the high school here. This is a no horse town. Gas is $3.59.

I do know gas prices are affected by how far the gas has to be trucked. Here in the mountains of western NC we always pay a bit more than Winston-Salem where the gas comes in in bulk.
The bottom line is that gas/oil prices fluctuations are decided way beyond you and I and/or the government. Wall St, banks and the "big" money powers are far more in control.... and good ol' Mitt wants to be one of 'em.

No the bust started when the dems took control of congress in 06. Dont you remember senators like clinton saying that it was every americans right to own a house? The dems also controled both houses of congress. But that is a simple little fact that dems like to gloss over.

The housing bust on Bush's watch was a time bomb set by congressional Democrats decades ago through the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) which mandated banks and mortgage lenders to created subprime mortgages for poor minorities with poor credit who couldn't keep up with payments.
Well guess what! The Obama administration is putting us through it again!

This problem is not just isolated to the USA. And, most significantly, ONE man did not cause all these problems in 3 years.
The 99% are responsible to change individual Congressmen who will remember to represent all their voters, LEGISLATE with compromise and positive, non-political judgements to balance the dramatic divisions now destroying the real energy of this country... and world!
