Last night, Academy Award-winner Clint Eastwood gave remarks at the Republican National Convention
in Tampa, Fla. The 82-year-old spoke before an invigorated crowd
Thursday night, engaging in an imaginary conversation with President
Obama.

The massive audience cheered loudly when Eastwood said that he wanted
to remind the crowd that as Americans, “We own this country.”

The only thing Clint Eastwood could have done better was to finish the sentence. He said, "You, Me --- We own this country" and he should have finished it with, "And WE BUILT IT!"

Oh I'll take one of the most handsome stars in Hollywood any day.
Clint hit it out fo the park with his speech. It obviously bothered the liberals immensely as they bagan the name calling the very next day. Demented, Alzheimer vicitm. idiot, blubbering fool....it was priceless.

Thank you Clint for putting the empty chair in his place. You beautifully depicted him as a non caring human being who listens to noone but himself. Thanks for "Eastwooding" and telling America the truth. BTW...Be still my heart.

I'm grateful to Mr. Eastwood for making the effort, but where in the world were his handlers? Somebody could at least have brushed his hair so he could have made a more presentable appearance and impression. May God Bless him though, he at least made the effort, and that is more than a lot of people have done.

who cares. he's clint eastwood . he can do as he pleases and he pleased the republicans just right. he did a good job of telling barry how he felt. using the chair took some of the sting out of it if He wanted to not sound so bad on barry . but barry got the message and I know he watched it. bet he was fuming. probably made him want to light the pipe.

It was definitely a stirring speech given by one of the greatest Hollywood will ever see. It also brought the message that not all of Hollywood is a bunch of clueless, delusional obots.

It was a masterpiece from start to finish. He took the crowd from laughing about Oprah to the shame of 23 million unemployed in two sentences. That kind of a shift is extremely hard to pull off. He did it with ease.

I loved Clint Eastwood's remarks....he's right ...when someone doesn't do the job, you gotta let em' go....Obama must go. I loved it when he reminded the audience that WE own this country. It was a great night. One that I hope goes down in history as we kick Obama's butt out of the Oval office. We all know that he has to go...where? I do not care.
It just can't be for another term. OUR Country needs to let em' go....:)
