SSI and SSDI are two different things. SSDI is not for anyone that's a moocher. SSI is for those too messed up to have ever been able to work.

"It's lost money to taxpayers," said Rick Warsinskey, past president of the association representing Social Security's field managers. "There's going to be less money available to pay people their Social Security. We're setting aside money for them. ... It's going to be spent."

well, you go from one extreme to the other, eh? it's apparently not possible that i'm gainfully employed driving a big rig over the road, and taking home AFTER taxes over 1000.00 a week on average, and not at all displeased with my having to pay taxes. because i like roads, and having clean water to drink, and having a police force to protect me, and a fire dept to protect my home, and a military to protect our borders. the only moocher here is you. you're the selfish bastard complaining about your taxes. apparently you want all the services, but don't want to pay for it. where have you EVER seen me complain about my tax rate?

I pay $13,000 a year in property tax's and live in a modest bi-level home outside of NYC. Cops make six figures and more and retire within 20 years at 80% pay and full medical. A small town that I live in, which borders all small towns all with their own police force, has 21 cops. Overkill. We also have a County Sheriff's overlap AND State Police. I live in a low crime area (not because of the cops) & high income area.
I pay a ton of federal and state income tax's as well. It costs me $12 to cross a bridge. So don't tell me I'm mooching. I'm living what you get when government gets in bed with unions, police/labor. We're the home of jimmy hoffa. You think it's bad now? With obama it's coming to you eventuallly. We have $16,000,000,000,000 in debt and growing. I believe in MODERATION and fiscal conservatism.

Clint is not afraid to express his opinion. He has always been a Republican, everybody in Hollywood knew this and yet he has never been shunned since he is so successful.

Never been real sure which side of the aisle Clint identifies with. There a few in Hollywood who have refused to become infected with the progressive germ. There may be more in the closet who are afraid to let their true beliefs become known.
