The economy itself will keep the travelers out of the cities because no one will be able to go anywhere. The rural areas have to pay taxes that go to these worthless cities and that is what really sucks about them. My family and friends already know. Some wanted to go to NYC last year but were talked out of it.

NYC is a VERY dangerous place to be . The News Papers and TV Stations DO NOT REPORT ON CRIME ( unless it is so horrific they have to ) . I've been there . My Wife was from Queens and told me stories you would not believe . The FACTS are hidden about New York !

I just saw a statistic that 22% of the population in NYC is foreign born. I had no idea that it was that high. You are on target that crime is not reported. Just another reason to stay out of big cities. If you are a victim of crime they don't care anyway.

I lived there for two decades and, I believe that is a low stat. My child is a real born NYer and American.

I had my car stolen and within 24 hours, the detectives had it and the jag. Like any major city, it has its problems. Biggest one is Bloomie best buds with Rhambo the commie from Chi. Disgusting.

You are also right that people are cancelling their plans, heck I don't blame them. I see this crap everyday and they (the thugs) are out in droves during the warmer months. Winter rocks.

Good for the cops, that is great to hear. Completely agree with you about ChiNy's head guys. In the 60's cops in Miami would get a call of shootings, they would wait an hour or so and then just collect the bodies.

They contribute to alot of causes of which I approve along with millions of other Americans. Political spending is FREE speech!

By the way, Koch Industries is a privately owned firm, that employs 50,000 Americans in good paying middle and upper income jobs. Alot better than George Soros who donates to EVERYTHING that I oppose and sit around on his fat posterior hobnobbing with his measly 100 other fatcat investors in his Hedge Fund!
