So many people do not know what the Affordable Care Act covers but they have seen the ads against it and those ads have made the FEEL that it is not a good law. Do you know that 2.6 billion is about to be returned to the public by insurance companies because under the new law they have to refund part of your premium if they did not spend at least 80% on actual medical care. This is instead of the CEOs paying themselves millions in bonuses.
