Yes, I did. But I am so pleased that you are on our side. You are an excellent researcher. Of course, most of us realize that the import of alien labor is not an economic issue, it is a political agenda. Gradualism works. Keep doing the same thing over and expecting the same result is not insane it is common political practice. After a while we will become so used to it that it will seem normal and right. It is the effect of gradualism. It has been working for the left for more than a century.

Although they achieve some bottom line savings, the quality of the service has plummeted. They're only allowed to read from a script so all they can do is confirm that you have a problem. If you ask for a US-based supervisor, most will transfer you back to the country. When Dell switched to foreign customer service, one of their measures of success was that the length of the calls increased, which they took to mean they were providing the assistance needed. It only meant they were reading every single item on the script, even if the person said they'd already done those particular steps. (I went through it for 90 minutes!) Given that this country has already shipped most of its manufacturing overseas, now that it's shipping service jobs offshore, what's going to be left?

Yep sure did that's been going on for many years, my daughter is unemployed due to the economy and she has been down to the job service in which she said she saw all kind of special program brochures for them and also immigrant farm workers.
