Gun Control

Nazi Weapons Act of 1938 (Translated to English)
  • Classified guns for "sporting purposes".
  • All citizens who wished to purchase firearms had to register with the Nazi officials and have a background check.
  • Presumed German citizens were hostile and thereby exempted Nazis from the gun control law.
  • Gave Nazis unrestricted power to decide what kinds of firearms could, or could not be owned by private persons.
  • The types of ammunition that were legal were subject to control by bureaucrats.
  • Juveniles under 18 years could not buy firearms and ammunition.
  • A Gun Control Law Passed by the German Government One Day After Kristallnacht

    • 1573

Regulations Against Jews' Possession of Weapons

      11 November 1938

      • With a basis in §31 of the Weapons Law of 18 March 1938 (Reichsgesetzblatt I, p.265), Article III of the Law on the Reunification of Austria with Germany of 13 March 1938 (Reichsgesetzblatt I, p. 237), and §9 of the Führer and Chancellor's decree on the administration of the Sudeten-German districts of 1 October 1938 (Reichsgesetzblatt I, p 1331) are the following ordered:

        • §1

          • Jews (§5 of the First Regulations of the German Citizenship Law of 14 November 1935, Reichsgesetzblatt I, p. 1333) are prohibited from acquiring, possessing, and carrying firearms and ammunition, as well as truncheons or stabbing weapons. Those now possessing weapons and ammunition are at once to turn them over to the local police authority.

            • §2

              • Firearms and ammunition found in a Jew's possession will be forfeited to the government without compensation.

                • §3

                  • The Minister of the Interior may make exceptions to the Prohibition in §1 for Jews who are foreign nationals. He can entrust other authorities with this power.

                    • §4

                      • Whoever willfully or negligently violates the provisions of §1 will be punished with imprisonment and a fine. In especially severe cases of deliberate violations, the punishment is imprisonment in a penitentiary for up to five years.

                        • §5

                          • For the implementation of this regulation, the Minister of the Interior waives the necessary legal and administrative provisions.

                            • §6

                              • This regulation is valid in the state of Austria and in the Sudeten-German districts.

                                • Berlin, 11 November 1938

                                  • Minister of the Interior

                                    • Frick

                                      • Walmart Store Managers around the country are confirming that they have received a Corporate Directive not to re-order ammunition. Meanwhile, why I contacted their corporate office, the person on the call was evasive. They appear to be trying to hide their internal memorandum to their managers halt ammunition orders.

                                      • We need to boycott any store or chain that joins the Obama Administration in refusing to sell us ammunition!

There's a BIG DIFFERENCE between hitler & this country or are some people too dumb to notice that?

True. But Hitler hated the Jews simply because they were Jews? Was religious indoctrination help? Catholicism taught that 'Jews were christ-killers' & similar ignorant beliefs.Catholics in Poland, for example, actually helped the German soldiers find who was Jewish in their areas.Religion was a big help in racist behavior.

I read a book on that named 'Hitler's Pope'.Many of these guys were catholic so various priests hid them to send them to South America where they lived without being found out.The pope at the time could have changed things by telling all the catholics to help their Jewish neighbors but he did nothing. They would have had to 'obey him' since that's what catholics 'do' without question.Things would have be very different. He could have excommunicated hitler also but didn't.Perhaps it was a way for the pope to 'get rid of the competition? The pope even said the mussolini would be 'good' for the Italian people.

Religion should be classified as psychological abuse of children because it teaches things that are not true. But then the priests & nuns were equally indoctrinated. Why not just be kind to others & helps those in need? THAT'S BASIC.The other things a religion teaches is not necessary.

Toward the end of 1941. With the Soviets seemingly on the verge of defeat by the Axis powers, Japan seized the opportunity to try to take the oil resources of Southeast Asia. The U.S. wanted to stop Japanese expansion but the American people were not willing to go to war to stop it. The U.S. demanded that Japan withdraw from China and Indochina, but would have settled for a token withdrawal and a promise not to take more territory.

Prior to December 1941, Japan pursued two simultaneous courses: try to get the oil embargo lifted on terms that would still let them take the territory they wanted, and ... to prepare for war.

After becoming Japan's premier in mid-October, General Tojo Hideki See Books about Tojo secretly set November 29 as the last day on which Japan would accept a settlement without war.

The Japanese military was asked to devise a war plan. They proposed to sweep into Burma, Malaya, the East Indies, and the Philippines, in addition to establishing a defensive perimeter in the central and southwest Pacific. They expected the U.S. to declare war but not to be willing to fight long or hard enough to win. Their greatest concern was that the U.S. Pacific Fleet, based in Pearl Harbor could foil their plans. As insurance, the Japanese navy undertook to cripple the Pacific Fleet by a surprise air attack. See Books about Japanese Plans

    The Warnings
The U.S. had broken the Japanese diplomatic code and knew an attack was imminent. A warning had been sent from Washington, but it arrived too late.

Early warning radar was new technology. Japanese planes were spotted by radar before the attack, but they were assumed to be a flight of American B-17s due in from the West Coast. Read the eyewitness account

    The Attack
On December 7th 1941, on an otherwise peaceful Sunday morning on a beautiful Hawaiian island, the first wave of Japanese airplanes left 6 aircraft carriers and struck Pearl Harbor a few minutes before 8 AM local time. See Map of Pearl Harbor

In two waves of terror lasting two long hours, they killed or wounded over 3,500 Americans and sank or badly damaged 18 ships - including all 8 battleships of the Pacific Fleet - and over 350 destroyed or damaged aircraft. At least 1,177 lives were lost when the Battleship U.S.S. Arizona More about the Arizona exploded and subsequently sank.

Eyewitness Accounts Read books by Survivors
Read accounts from the people who were there.

However, they did not sink any of our Pacific aircraft carriers and they left most of the fuel that was needed to win the war in the Pacific.

In one stroke, the Japanese navy scored a brilliant success—and assured their ultimate defeat.

The Japanese attack brought the U.S. into the war on December 8—and brought it in the war determined to fight to the finish.

What's that BIG DIFFERENCE? You have someone in the White House who signed 147 Executive Orders to pass laws and subverting The Constitution. I think the ones who don't see what obama is doing are the dumb ones.
He also is pushing to END TERM LIMITS on the Office of The President of The United States. U.S. Resolution 15, look it up. Here's the link to make it easier for you to find.

There were no limits to presidential terms until FDR when it was changed after WWII.We should continue have a term limit or else this country will have a true dictator otherwise.Elections are rigged to an extent,I believe.Money talks.

The first U.S. President, George Washington, started the tradition of informal Presidential term limits by refusing to run for a third term (and originally did not even want to run in the first place, much less for a second term). If we get rid of Presidential terms limits, we will defeat the whole idea of America basically.

But isn't that the reason England got involved in WWII to begin with because it did promise to help Poland in case Germany invaded? Why do other nationalities hate the Jews so much to begin with? The stupid religious misconception of 'christ-killers' stupidity?

Ok so make stricter gun laws so this way LAW ABIDING people have less access to guns and the criminals will have no limit on their access. NO LAW will limit criminal's access to guns.
Also, of you leave it to the government to decide who is a terrorist, then anyone who supports a third party candidate, war veterans, and anyone who talks about The Constitution will be restricted. HAve you been paying attention to what's going on?
Another thing. ALCOHOL kills 50% MORE people than people who own guns. Let's ban alcohol and baseball bats for that matter since according to the FBI baseball bats are used the most to committ violent crimes.

    AMENDMENT II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

What part about shall not be infringed don't people get?

Did you know that obama GAVE GUNS TO MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS in his Fast and Furious escapade? Then he started in on gun control blaming gun makers. Like come on man, open your eyes.

All your reasons is all the more why they need to back off on gun control.

Gun control in Germany began long before Hitler and was actually aimed against the Nazi Party coming to power.
However, we all know what happened and they furthered those laws by heavily restricting who could possess a firearm which was pretty much nobody but their members.
