Today, the Supreme Court of the United States
upheld President Obama’s (TORA, TORA, TORA) Affordable Healthcare Act!
Certainly there will be chest pounding and well deserved accolades coming from
the Obama Administration! However, what
will this do for his re-election chances!
For more than 49% of the American people do not support the Presidents’
socialistic proposal! For mandating each and every American purchase health
coverage will certainly impact each person with the LARGEST TAX INCREASE in
American History!
However, has such backing of the SCOTUS caused the
FINAL means of repealing this act be the election of Mitt Romney? For millions of Americans simply thought that
at the very least, the “Individual” mandate of this bill would be struck
down. Rather, it was considered as a TAX
rather than an expenditure of forced purchased. Or in other words, the Supreme
Court decided to call it what Democrats refused to claim it, A TAX to the
American People!
So, in what is perceived as a VICTORY for Obama,
will it now unite Republicans & Independents as never before? Or, has the
President’s “TORA, TORA, TORA” attack on healthcare now “AWAKEN A SLEEPING
GIANT AND FILLED HIM WITH A TERRIBLE RESOLVE?”

Hopefully this will get people off their butts to vote Obama out of office, and if not The Liberals will be wetting their pants when they find out how this is going to affect them. We have all been screwed, and if you don't have Health Insurance you had better be getting it because the TAX MAN will be arriving.

The Obama administration and the Romney campaign seem to agree: the mandate in the Affordable Care Act is a penalty, not a tax.
On MSNBC’s “The Daily Rundown” this morning, Romney’s senior adviser Eric Fehrnstrom — best known for his “Etch a Sketch” gaffe — was grilled by host Chuck Todd over Romney’s true beliefs on the individual mandate. Fehrnstrom talked around the point for a few minutes, but he finally relented and gave away the game:
FEHRNSTROM: The governor believes that what we put in place in Massachusetts was a penalty and he disagrees with the court’s ruling that the mandate was a tax.
TODD: But he agrees with the president that it is not — and he believes that you should not call the tax penalty a tax, you should call it a penalty or a fee or a fine?
FEHRNSTROM: That’s correct.

Do the math there are more Democrats than Republicans Romney would need Independent and disenfranchised Democratic votes. He will also need the Ron Paul votes which unfortunately for Romney I don't see him getting at this point.
Paul on the other hand will get Independent and disenfranchised Democratic votes. Paul will also clean Obama's clock in a debate (teleprompter or not).
