And we are supposed to believe you sat and read over 2000 pagese of the bill??? Doubtful, hell I am a contract Atty, and I haven't read it. Do you have any idea of how complex and twisted those 2000 plus pages are? Which part did you read? did you read just HR 3962 or did you read the Reconciliation Act, or did you read the PPA? which part? or all of it, don't forget now as you read, you have to go between all 3 different bills to get an understanding of which part applies to which. IT's highly doubt full that you read even one section of it. Sounds good though, doesn't it.

That's not the point. Every state requires car insurance. It might as well be a federal law, because you can't drive from one state to another without car insurance.

No, Car insurance is not a tax. They cannot take it out of your paycheck if you don't have it. Car insurance is not mandatory for each individual citizen either. Driving is a privilege, not a right. If you don't drive a car, you don't need car insurance. Simple as that.

According to the WSJ if obama earned over $506,000 he's a 1%er. The figure I found shows him at $789,674. So, yes, he is a 1%er. Now, I got the $789,674 figure from the MSNBC website not the WH site. MSNBC wouldn't lie, would they?

The individual mandate is a tax penalty. Turns out that a "tax penalty" is a "tax" under the Constitution. Big deal.

No, there was never any secret that the ACA had a whole package of taxes and incentives built into it, but structured to help the poor and lower-income middle class. To claim Obama said otherwise is ridiculous.
