I am not sure that Roberts did the right thing preserving this monstrous legislation. Calling it a tax is not going to stop its implementation.

Justice Roberts exposed Obama Care as a tax and hence placed it as an Obama's campaign issue front and center. Further, Justice Roberts preserved the dignity of the SCOTUS by showing Americans that conservative judges could and did work with the liberal ones in order to defend the constitution and not play the politicians as they have been accused of doing. It is a pyrrhic victory for Obama as he would not have been better had Obama Care had been declared unconstitutional by the SCOTUS so that he could continue lambasting the SCOTUS and play the victim. Now, he is not better either that the Obama Care was declared constitutional. Now what? How is it going to be funded? We are more than $15 T in debt, more than 60% Americans oppose it and the true unemployment number is still above 10%. The higher tax will hurt his constituents, the small business owners and the middle class, not the hated rich. We, voters, will decide in November. Don't forget to vote.
