Did President Obama deliver with his speech last night?

Then why the big Move???? Not enough people showed up for the first place to make it look like he had a good showing, so he blamed it on the weather... I mean what else was he to do, He has Blamed EVERYTHING on EVERYBODY Else, Except KILLING OBL.

I haven't followed politics in the past, but I should have been. I did, however, watch Obama this year. His speech was emotional and inspiring. I am incredibly confused by all of the mixed feedback. Young people (including myself) believe that his views and ideas are fantastic, but the older generation says he is all charisma and no follow-through. I am inexperienced, so it would help me to hear more opinions in response to this specific contradiction.

I listened to Obama as a candidate, was impressed, but upon listening further found he was saying nothing but his slogan, hope & change. My vote was not cast for him, and am glad I did not. My advice to you is watch Fox News & see the movie, 2016. Fox is fair & balanced, with both parties appearing, and the movie will open your eyes wide to what this President will do if elected again.

He is not addressing all the killings in Chicago! those bereaved parents had their kids ripped from their hearts, so cannot hold close like he has his children.

My country is begging for intelligence. President Obama is the only candidate with the brains or ability to lead this great country. The fact that those who state they are worse off with this president just shows that they do not have the smarts to adapt to a changing society. These fools want to go back to the ideas of George W. Bush. Those ideas failed! Bush was the white elephant who was asked not to show up at the GOP convention. Today, unemployment is only up .9% over the number of 7.2% when Bush left office. However, debt is down 30% which means that the entire country is doing much better off!

Only a few Republican fools are not better off and my guess is it has something to do with taking your news from a station as wrong as Fox! "Lead a fool to water and then watch them complain." If you were not just complaining for 4 years straight, you would be much better off now. It's not my fault that you have been outfoxed, it is your own fault! There are great deals now on everything! When Bush was in office, the only great deal was fear. He gave it to us in free doses with his small "Terror" packets constantly. President Obama gives America Hope. Republicans hate hope. Hope can do a lot! Fear can only build an Army and then report on who dies, today.

Substance for the GOP was mother nature and the storm which tried to stop them from even opening up their redundant complaining mouths. They even complained with their last president! Gee, i wonder why? =)

Yes, it was a positive message and between Clinton and Obama, they debunked many untruths of the Romney campaign. Clinton, Michelle and Obama delivered great speeches.

What can we expect after four years of oposition, demagogy, and politic games.
We can blame the unfunctional CONGRESS for unemployment, lack of initiatives, no increase taxes to corporations and millionary because they supposed to be the job create.
Almost 4000 bills the congress pass only 62 but what is worst they still getting their salary, pension, health benefit, money from the corporations, etc. while people were lossing their home, jobs and strugguling in many ways.

Personally, I prefer a deadlocked Congress. It seems to me that the more bills they pass, the more we get hurt.
On an aside, the press had a democrat controlled house and senate for two years... just saying.
