So he lied the his party and taxpayers, then double talked the Supreme Court to get them to uphold his lies.

Stephanopoulos states that Websters calls any raising of money to be a tax.
In my opinion and it seems that of the President, that comparing Webster's definition of a tax that gives someone no direct benefit, to payment for services that does give direct benefit is disingenuous. Because stating that broad of a definition also could be applied to garbage collection, water utilities, toll fees, traffic fines, (if time is considered money) mandatory grass cutting, civic duties, et al.
