I think something like that should be put to a vote from state to state. We do not need anymore illegals and he is turning America into Mexico just so he can get their votes. He is screwing the American Citizens and not even kissing us first. We also need to be an English speaking nation as that is what most US CITIZENS speak. If he does this he should also make it a law that they be self supporting and have to pay for their own college instead of our tax dollars paying for it. It's going to end up a war and i hope Obamas head is first on the block. He hates America, he has proven this time and again. I hate his black/white ass and hope he is kicked the hell out of the WH. If you pray, I would suggest you start now and have God help us get rid of him.

Further, it would serve to worsen the illegal alien invasion problem, not discourage or deter it.

In Mexico no doubt there'd be scenarios like this:

"Jose, did you hear what those crazy gringos did?"

"They just passed a law that lets our kids go to college. All we gotta do is sneak across the border taking our kids along."
