LOL. Obama never gave any such order. Admiral McCraven, the commander of the operation, notified Leon Panetta that the intelligence on the ground confirmed Bin Laden's presence at the compound and asked for permission to proceed. Obama was contacted but refused to make a decision. Not only did he not make the decision, he left them hanging and went to play golf, AGAIN. Panetta, realizing the limited time they had to act, gave McCraven the OK to act on his own judgement and it was McCraven who gave the order to proceed. When the operation commenced, the idiot Obama had to be dragged in from the golf course in order to be there in time to watch. If you look at the picture from the situation room, you see that he is still wearing his white golf shirt under the jacket they gave him to wear to cover up his complete lack of involvement in the operation.
