Mine are out all through the Spring, Summer, and Fall with a light at night....yes they get wet, but they are out there, wet, or hot, but so are our soilders. I bring them in for winter, or during a bad storm, and they are kept hanging un-twisted, and replaced properly as needed. My town also cares for its flags properly.
