Hemp did arrive with the colonialist and helped to built a American Republic
Hemp did not arrive with the colonialist and helped to built a American Republic
More than 120,000 pounds of hemp fiber was needed to rig the 44-gun USS Constitution, America’s oldest Navy ship affectionately called “Old Ironsides.”
Ironically, the first drafts of the Declaration of Independence were penned on hemp paper.
George Washington grew hemp and encouraged all citizens to sow hemp widely. Thomas Jefferson bred improved hemp varieties, and invented a special brake for crushing the plant’s stems during fiber processing.
Big Chemical and Big tree paper forced the prohibition of marijuana on the United States
George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and the other founding fathers support the end to the prohibition of marijuana

Hemp was here already just turned into a crop by the founding fathers. Sailors used to carry seeds with them for sails, rope, oils and other by-products

But let's be honest here. Hemp wasn't grown so people could get high. It really WAS an agricultural product used by industry.

Not sure but Marijuana should be legalized in my opinion. Tax it and we are out of the Red in no time not to mention all the jobs the pot industry would create.

Grammar is clearly not your strength. I would, I guess, assume that question you were going for is "Did hemp arrive in the United States with the colonists, and did it help build the American Republic?" The correct answer is no and yes. It really didn't do much to build the American Republic, but it can be found on the back of $10 bills from before the 1920's.

All of the above are true. Tell a big lie often enough and people will believe it - and Cannabis/Hemp is an outstanding example of how true that axiom is.

    So what's your point boob?

Douglas Fir and Hemlock Fir have an abundance of uses too, but I wouldn't suggest rolling up the pine needles and smoking them.

You may wind up like Euell Gibbons. "Ever eat a pine tree....? Many parts are edible."

To be fair, smoking hemp is dramatically less dangerous.

No, I'm not. Hemp not only isn't close to as dangerous as smoking random crap, it is actually much less dangerous than smoke either cigarettes or drinking alcohol. It has a much lower percentage disease than either of the others.

Hemp is beyond useful. Not using it is stupid.
