If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate.

Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.

even if it's found this social sec # isnt legit ,,it's likely this will be denied as evidence enough to do any justcie ...this whole situation is unreal ....

the # will likely be for a person whom died many yrs ago ..and born in connect. and no way tied to barry !

One story I read said that his mother got it for him when he first showed up here as a baby. We can't blame him for what somebody else did. HOWEVER, he should be disqualified from being able to run for re-election. Personally I think he should be prosecuted for fraud ! He didn't get himself the number but he DID know about it !!

If the man had been properly vetted in the first place, we wouldn't have all of this stupid stuff going on. What we have is the liberal media partnered with the rabid desire to elect a black man, regardless of his qualifications. He may be totally ineligible. There are any number of good black choices in both parties who could have made a good president, but no, they have to go after a shill for anti-American money-men.
