Should President Obama demand one of his top advisors to withdraw her statement against women! Did a prominant Democrat National Convention advisor, Hilary Rosen,
attacked “stay at home” moms as being STUPID, INGNORANT and DUMB, having nothing to contribute to American economic issues?

Speaking
on Anderson Cooper 360, Rosen said that it
didn't make much sense for presumptive Republican nominee Mitt
Romney to look to Ann (his wife and mother of 5 children) for
advice on women's economic issues because she was out of touch with the problems faced
by most women in America.

"His wife has actually never worked a day in her life," she said.
"She's never really dealt with the kinds of economic issues that a
majority of women in this country are facing."

Within minutes of Rosen's comments, Ann Romney joined Twitter, and as of late
Wednesday night had tweeted out only one post: "I made a choice to stay
home and raise five boys. Believe me, it was hard work."

Moments after Rosen's appearance, top Romney advisor Eric Fehrnstrom tweeted out that
"Obama adviser" Rosen went on CNN to "debut their new 'kill Ann'
strategy and in the process insult hard-working moms."

Will President Obama demand Ms. Rosen apologize to women she has offended?

Let Rosen rant! Every time she does, the women of America learn the truth.
Obama and the Democrats want the women's vote, but they have no respect for women and continue to pay them less in DC than their counterparts!

Rosen already apologized, so there is no need for Obama to demand anything.

"Democratic strategist and CNN contributor Hilary Rosen apologized Thursday to Ann Romney, wife of presumptive GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, for criticizing her choice to be a stay-at-home mother -- but not before sparking a political firestorm with her remarks.

Obama's campiagn needs to control his ignorant DNC operatives a little better. Rosen is just communicating her liberal, progressive view. Rosen is just one more example of the company that Obama keeps along with Rev Wright.

she doesn't need to apologize to me, as a woman. The context of Rosen's comment was that most women do not have the luxury of staying home and therefore Ann Romney is not in a position to discuss the ECONOMIC feasibility of SAHM vs. working moms, and I have been both. Ann Romney has not worked outside the home kudos to her for being a SAHM it is great, but she does not speak for most women. How could she?

I was a working mom in a male dominated field. I understand what it means to be in this dual role. Ann Romney raised 5 children as well as struggles with disease. I would much rather be in my shoes than deal with the struggles she has had to deal with. Ann can speak for many women as we all carry our crosses differently.

The fact of the matter is nobody is right here. The house wives are insecure with the fact that they don't work and that it may be perceived that they are getting off easy, even though they aren't. On the other hand the Democrats feel that they are doing an incredible amount of work. The same levels of stress apply but they are different scenarios. Nobody is right here they just refuse to see eye to eye. Although it may seem rude for Rosen to state that; it's ok that he did. Because it's something that he's upset with. Thats a feeling, it's an emotion. you can't control it. Insecurity is not a trait, it's an obstacle. If the women were comfortable with their situation none of this would be happening.

You have your facts wrong on this post. Rosen is not an agent, surrogate, employee, representative, advisor, or any type of worker for Obama. She has no ties to the Obama campaign or the White House whatsoever. She's with the DNC which is a wholly different entity.

Strange that a President would have people like that and Ms. Rosen make four and five times the number of visits there then even members of the Presidents' own cabinet!!! :(

You have your opinion and I truly regret that being so young you also have the responsibility of being a "single mom!"

However, being a "stay at home" mom in a marraige has NOTHING to do with being wealthy, but EVERYTHING to do with priorities, should husband/wife feel that a "full time mom or dad" is more important than the "luxuries" of life! A new car, a bigger home, nicer clothes? We all make sacrifices to those things we consider more important, yes?

Even if I were married, or me and my child's father were still together and cohabiting it would still be next to impossible for us to make it without both of us working. Could that be a product of being young? Possibly. But I know plenty of people (friends, family, ect) who are older than me, some married some not married but with their child's other parent who both have to work in order to pay for everything. Yes a new car, a bigger home and nice clothes are a luxury, but there are things that are not a luxury, food is not a luxury, a home in a decent area is not a luxury. A few of my aforementioned friends and family live in the same town as me, they could have bought/rented homes/apartments in towns and cities 15-30 miles away but the schools out there suck and there is a lot of crime in some areas in those other towns, which is why the housing is cheaper. If they lived out there then it is possible that they could have gotten away with one of them being the at home parent, but in order to afford living in a neighborhood with good schools and low crime they both have to work.

So is it not unfortunate that we have poor areas that breed ignorance... rather then demands that local inhabitants join together to push such people out! One would think that with the TRILLIONS of dollars we've put into such govt programs would solve the problems of such places existing, yes? :(
