The Democratic Party has added new language endorsing gay marriage in its platform draft, the Washington Blade reports.
Sen. Harry Reid said in May that he believed the party would alter its
platform in favor of gay marriage, after President Obama spoke out that
month in favor of same-sex couples' right to marry. The Republican
Party's platform calls for a constitutional amendment that would ban all same-sex marriages, even in states that allow them.

I had plenty of poll options from which to choose. Go ahead and look around yourself. There has been a massive and rapid demographic shift. Most Republican strategists even know this. The tides are turning. Hate-filled name calling will not change that.

I selected an answer that was a positive statement....but the Dems ARE strange and perverse!

I don't support same sex marriage but still, sometimes when I think about it I wonder if it's worth the 'fight'. When I see celebrities who have 'married', I really don't consider it 'marriage'. Like Elton John.......they can say they're married all they want but to me they are two homosexual men.

HOWEVER, as I said, I don't support it............but I won't oppose it either.

I think there will always be a fringe populace. The problem I have is the invasion of gays in schools trying to make their lifestyle "normal". I wish they would just be gay quietly and not force it on our kids.
