Deductive Reasoning explains why Obama is not Qualified
logic The 14th Amendment
1. The study of the principles of reasoning, especially of the structure of propositions as distinguished from their content and of method and validity in deductive reasoning.
a. A system of reasoning.
b. A mode of reasoning.
c. The formal, guiding principles of a discipline, school, or science.
All “persons born" (A) Or "naturalized” (B) In the “United States” (C) And “subject to the jurisdiction thereof" (D) Are "citizens” (E)
E = IF ((A or B) = C) AND D
It is without a doubt that a naturalized citizen can never be defined as a natural born citizen.
The 14th Amendment groups all “persons born” in the same category as “naturalized” to determine one outcome, the definition of a citizen.
WHO CAN BE PRESIDENT
The Founders feared “Foreign Influence” (G).
They knew “naturalized citizens" (H) could have “divided allegiance” (I) therefore they made it a requirement that the “President” (J) be a “natural born citizen" (K) and not just a U.S. "citizen” (E)
The U.S. Dept. of State defines a person with “Dual Nationality” (L) as a person who has divided allegiance.
J = K
K = E AND NOT I
I = G
G = H OR L
In other words, The President has to be a natural born citizen.
A natural born citizen is a U.S. citizen born with sole citizenship to the U.S.
