I can see that the INSANITY of CA ..
will be shifted to the REST of the USA
as the bills for their Follies
are ADDED to everyone else's TAX BURDENS
(as CA is 'bailed' under "Too Big to Fail" .. )
The state is broke, it's sending illegals to college on tax payer dollars, businesses and citizens are leaving as fast as they can and Ca wants to build a bullet train to nowhere. Vote stupid out in California, liberal stupidity has done enough damage already.
