In all the years since D-Day, there are three occasions when the nation's sitting
president failed to go to the D-Day Monument on the anniversary that honors the
soldiers killed during that Invasion.
The occasions were:
1. Barack Obama 2010
2. Barack Obama 2011
3. Barack Obama 2012
For the past 68 years, all presidents, except Obama, have paid tribute to the fallen soldiers killed on D-Day.
2. Barack Obama 2011
3. Barack Obama 2012
For the past 68 years, all presidents, except Obama, have paid tribute to the fallen soldiers killed on D-Day.
This year, instead of honoring our honored war dead, he made a campaign trip on Air Force 1 to California
to raise funds for the upcoming election.
Nice, Huh?
This isn't the only reason I will not vote for him, no matter who his opponent might be, but it is one of the
most significant for me.

Being prior military myself, I would chapter out of the military a long time ago. I would not serve under this president. I took my oath to protect the constitution very seriously. Our military needs to turn their attention to the real threat to our country.reply

+2More right wing BS. There is no D Day Monument in the US. There is one in France but very few US Presidents have visited it. Reagan, Clinton, and W Bush all once, There is a D Day Memorial but no president has visited it on Memorial day. W. was there for dedication but that was all. Quit spiting this stuff out and get your facts right.reply
