This is one thing the current admin can't blame on previous Presidents...
The very government agency that is responsible for controlling costs is now in trouble for not just doing a poor job - but doing A HORRENDOUSLY POOR JOB!!
Will Hussein Obama take responsibility for this? My expectation is he will blame it on someone else. There will be scape goats.
