It is unclear who has the higher I.Q. but this clip from one of my favorite movies "Lord save us from your followers" http://www.hulu.com/watch/177536/lord-save-us-from-your-follo... shows that clearly Liberals are better at understanding the conservative viewpoint. Liberals are better able to think outside the box and gues what a conservative would say.

By the way let me say now, I am a moderate and think both extremes are crazy, this is an attempt to let both sides see each other through new eyes.

what a good idea, but on most posts on SH the cons and the libs are on there letting each other know how they see the other, and its not particularly nice. then on top of that we have the republicans letting them both know what they are like... now honestly the reps dont have any room to swing a cat themselves. it might piss a lot of you off, but if i were an American i'd be following Obama... the other parties are so caught up in themselves and trying to discredit him, they dont stop to really see whats happening.. he is for the less priviledged ppl. and the rich dont like it.

You need to seperate his talk from his actions. Obama talks about helping the less privileged but actually does more to help the priviliged, also his help comes at a cost he does not want to acknowledge or pay himslelf.

That myth has been disproven several times. If anything has been shown to show a political leaning it is enviroment, with the more urban enviroments tend to be more liberal and suburban and rural enviroments more conservative. This is because traditionally liberals have backed concerns more important to urban dwellers and opposed concerns of rural people.

I actually wouldn't call anyone dumb in that group. I liked the last part where everyone was talking and finding that each person has value. We all do have value. But when you come at a person in attack mode, that puts that person off and they are never going to hear your message. I know when people come in a not nice way and attack my beliefs I walk away in person or I block on the internet.

You can look at the Liberal policies and issues the past 3 plus years and figure it out yourself. Liberals have put us in another $5.3 Trillion in debt, so you think that is smarter or not ?

Yes, they are bad.
BUT, the Republicans under Bush(who I voted for) expanded government and spent money like socialists.
We NEED some real Americans in DC.
