Ever since the TSA tightened up airport security, they have taken on the role of invading the personal bodily privacy of thousands of passengers and even a number of pilots. Many passengers said that they have had enough of being groped and fondled by TSA agents and filed suit to stop the body pat downs and full body scanners.

Kennedy cited a supposed secret order that is a matter of national security as the reason for his ruling. The case was appealed and went before a Washington DC Federal Court of Appeals who just released their findings that upheld the ruling of the district judge and again cited the so-called secret order that they can’t tell anyone about because of national security.

When you think about it, the Obama administration and all of the liberal judges they have appointed could use a ruse of secret orders to justify any ruling they want to make that would further strip the rights of American citizens. It could be a matter of a national security secret order to prevent citizens from voting, from owning firearms, from working in certain jobs and even practicing the Christian faith. And if you don’t think it can happen here in the good old US of A, think again.
