Cory Booker Is a Dead Man?

~ The Rebel ~ 2012/06/18 03:24:26

Newark Mayor Cory Booker torpedoed his hopes for a Cabinet post by publicly
assailing President Obama's attacks against Mitt Romney's former private equity
firm Bain Capital.

"He's dead to us," an administration officials said of the prevailing
feelings at the White House, the New York Post reported.

Booker was reportedly under consideration for "the housing secretary gig" in
a second Obama administration, according to the Post.

Then came his May 20 appearance on "Meet the Press," when he complained that
Obama's attacks on Romney's record at Bain were "nauseating" and made him "very
uncomfortable."

Supposedly a "high ranking administration official" said it's the prevailing feeling? I'll believe it when there's an attributable quote from an actual person.

That's the same terminology that progs were using on the DailyKos site a week before Gabriel Giffords was shot.
They were upset that she chose not to vote for Pelosi as minority leader after the 2010 midterm

I don't think he is a dead man. He's a friend of Obama's. Is Republican Bob McDonnell a dead man for saying Obama's stimulus helped in his state?

Boy flaca, I don't know. It seems the two parties are mighty sensitive to any politico "making nice" or defending the other side of their aisles. Another case in point: The thrashing Chris Christie took from his party for showing his gratitude to the President for helping him try to resurrect his drowning state. Go figure that one!
