In the same week that Mitt Romney has been slammed for "not caring about the 47%" because "they don't matter", another right wing politician has also been roundly criticised...

When a policeman refused to allow the senior politician to ride his bicycle through the security gate, Mitchell told him: “Best you learn your f***ing place. You don’t run this f***ing government.

“You’re f***ing plebs.”

An eyewitness said Mr Mitchell, 56, a former investment banker, also branded them “morons”.

Because I think a law enforcement person will one day be called to save the life of one of these rude ungrateful people and then be praised as a hero. Its another example of class warfare and elite entitlement at its worst.

I dont think its as much about his right or left leanings. Remember Gordon Brown was supposed to be an utter bastard to his underlings.

Meh. Sticks and stones... Anyway he should probably apologise and get on with life. The police are used to FAR worse than that. Hell I've been treated far worse than that.

It's acceptable behavior because the voting public allows it by constantly putting the "professional politicians" back in office, on both sides of the aisle.

Vote out any politician who has held the same office for more than 8 years, make them join the "Pleb Party"

This is what you worry about while Obama bankrupts America?

Yes, behaviour is a very important indicator of intention don't you think?

I would hesitate to pass judgement on the situation you described. Not being there in person to witness any situation and be made aware of any intentional sarcasm sometimes goes un-reported.

Take the issue of the media using snippets of a conversation to their own advantage versus when having been privy to the entire conversation sheds a completely different take.

On the other hand I can read the writing on the wall that Obama is destroying America.

    Innuendoes are not necessary.

Behavior is a fleeting thing for most people. Civility find wings easily.

If they weren't plebes and morons, they would have real assignments and not be stuck working a security gate.

These are armed officers guarding Downing Street - as qualified as the Marines and Secret service officers who guard the WH.

Well, since you failed to provide a link for more information, I was forced to base an opinion on your comments alone. My opinion stands as is.

This whole thing was just a cheap shot at Romney anyway.
