    HE DIDN'T DO IT DELIBERATELY!
It isn't a murder charge. Yes Jackson was probably addicted to the drugs and "would get them from someone else" if not from Murray.
This doesn't negate the fact that Murray was a doctor, professionally responsible for Jackson, and should not have given him drugs that are for surgery to help him sleep... and even if he did he should have monitored him better (you need an anesthetist there the entire time -whereas Murray took toilet breaks)

I wish it wasn't true, I don't think Murray is a bad guy, but yes he is guilty of involuntary manslaughter and negligence

He should lose his license and do some time BUT, he should also get a medal for ridding the world of a serial child molester and saving kids from MJ in the future. He's probably already saved several.

The guy should have been found guilty of being stupid , but look folks all the dr did was MJs' hired legal drug dealer , it is nice to have enough money to go above the common guy and humble yourself to buy your drugs off the street , no if you are rich you can hire a dr to insulate you from street buying and legaly defend your drug use. the dr should have his medical license stripped from him, he should never be allowed to practice medicine anywhere in the United States ever again, a good job for him would be riding on the back of a waste disposal truck cleaning up the streets , but i dont want to spend my tax money locking him up or messing with an adult probation officer for him. Just kick the dr out of medicine and be done with him

Absolutely, no doubt about it, although it wasn't intentional on Dr. Murray's part. He deviated from the "standard of care" as a Doctor, that was obvious. There would be no other verdict, the evidence was overwhelming.
The utmost basic thing he could have done to help save MJ's life was call 911, even a child would know to do that. Andddd, he needs to go take CPR 101 again, everyone knows you need a hard surface and one hand?....com'on!?? He got what he deserved, although it's unfortunate for both Dr. Murray and MJ, it's not going to bring Michael back and a doctor is now a broke felon. But I bet the only time he'll spend behind bars is from now until his sentencing...he'll get house arrest or something.

He's not a criminal, but he is guilty of that whole MJ drug thing. He's a doctor, so he should know how much he should put in. Kinda his fault. A bit. Yes. Hello? Is there a professional doctor in there, Murray? No more potty breaks. So it is his fault for giving too much.
Yet remember, Murray is not a criminal. An accident.

If Michael was a "pervert" the FBI, Child Protective Service, LAPD, and other agencies would have discovered it. However, they all found NOTHING to substantiate your stupid perverted mind.

The media was the fraud who spoke of lies that destroyed this innocent, kind, loving and giving man.

Michael your good name will be restored!!!

Conrad brought a surgical drug to a home where the patient already had problems with prescription meds. It's no contest guilty no matter what anyone's opinion of Michael Jackson is.

I agree that Murray shouldn't have ordered the drug for this whiny addict that is worshipped like a God, but the jury has decided and I accept their decision. Now-can we let MJ alone for awhile?

Dr. Murray made himself Michaels only caretaker, He preformed services that he was
not trained nor had legal standing to treat. He had a legal obligation to refer him to an
addiction doctor that would have provided the correct and nessecary treatments that
would safely afford Mihael treaments that would bring him out of his addictions. Micheal
needed a variety of medical professinals that could have worked with him, providing him
the means to come to grips with his underlying causes for his addictions.

if Jackson would have found his fix somewhere else on the streets then they can employ federal agents to find out who the teenager was who sold him the pills and if he was 18 and happened to be in texas they would probably give him the chair for murder, because micheal jackson wasnt responsible for his pill induced comas some1 had to drive over to his house and forcefully shove those pills down his throat

Jackson trusted Murray with his health and his life. Murray broke that trust and his oath. He knew what he was doing was wrong and that was evidenced by his actions in trying to cover it up.

This doctor has a legal and moral obligation to his patients and must follow a code of ethics, which does not state he can participate in illegal prescription of medications to his clients because they asked, in this case agree to compensate him $150.000 a month to prescribe and inject "milk" so Michael can sleep. What a price he has to pay now for going against his better judgment. Years of education and work in the medical profession will possibly go down the drain, because without any doubt he's going to lose his license to practice in the medical field, which is far more devastating than spending (4) years in jail. And he may have to pay out money if the Jacksons bring a civil lawsuit against him.

The doctor could have been a better friend and told Michael Jackson, "No, you have to find another doctor to accommodate your wants" or recommend he seek psychological care.

Guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter is an appropriate verdict in this case.

However Michael Jackson was a drug addict and had some responsibility regarding his own demise.

I also believe his family had an awareness of his drug abuse, and what role of denial or failure to confront him on this issue is unknown.

I do not revere this man.

Nothing but a child predator and freak in his own freak show. The majority appeared to approve of this child molestor; whereas, other people in the news, like the coaches of this week are criminals and perverts.
They're all perverts and criminals who do this to children.

I am not stupid-I have no time for child molesters, whether they're John Smith or MJ.

You also have the responsibility to speak the truth and not defame someone because you dislike them for whatever reason.

I could offer you a couple of site to go on from credible people who were PERSONALLY involved and know the truth. I was once a believer that MJ did molest boys because the media said so.

However, it just didn't fit when I learned that in light of the allegations, parents still allowed their children to spend the night at MJ's home. Who does that??

As a doctor he knows the care and concern administering the drug. He also knew that in a hospital the patient is never left unmonitored or attended by trained medical staff. Yes. He screwed the pooch and deserves his verdict.

Why is he non board certified as a pysician?
And why does any real doctor use or allow his patient to use anesthesia outside a hospital setting when it is illegal to do that?

Yeah he is guilty and he's not the "saint" that some would like to paint him as.

I think that most people who disagree with the verdict didn't pay any attention to the trial nor did they ever hear the evidence; many just dislike Michael Jackson. Anyone who watched the trial would be hard-presed to disagree...Dr. Murray had a legal and ethical obligation to take care of his patient and instead he was a "yes man." If MJ was addicted that makes Dr. Murray more liable as addiction is a disease and Murray is a doctor.

If a person drinks in a bar, drives away and kills someone, the bartender can be held accountable for serving too much alcohol...why would a doctor have less of a standard! Murray was nothing less then a dealer in this situation and I'm glad that he was found guilty...MJ trusted him with his health.
