We are not a people who are separate from those who are supposedly serving our best interest. If what they (our leaders) enact into law something for our "good" it should be the same for them. I for one believe that our leaders should be subject to the same laws as we the peasants. That means the same taxes, the same health care, the same protection, and whatever else... If you agree rave me if not may it be unto you what you desire...

-- Explain the duties of the three branches of US government.
-- What branch of government would investigate Congress?
-- What branch of government would decide when Congress breaks a law?
-- What branch of government would enforce laws on Congress?
-- Explain the principle of separation of powers.
-- How does Congress making laws that apply to it lead to violations of separation of powers?
-- What is the only document which contains restrictions on Congress?
-- If you are an American and you wanted to pass a law applying to Congress, what procedure should you follow?
Bonus points: What 20th Century dictator rose to power by making the legislature pass laws effecting themselves, and then exploiting the confusion caused by those laws?
