Congress definitely made the choice
to abrogate its responsibilities a bit over 3 years ago ..
(they should be indicted, charged, removed from office and cut off all additional pay, perks, etc)

we also need to put out from behind the 'curtain'
what is laughingly called 'mandatory' programs ..
subject them to full up annual review
and make sure there's NO MORE duplications, fraud, waste abuse ..
(but that would mean we'd have to have something in DoJ other than what is now there)
there's been the imbalance for many a year ..
now the imbalance .. is allowed .. encouraged ..
by the enablers who should be providing the "CHECKS" ..

(that is where the fraud.waste.abuse is .. not paid into by any worker that's for sure) Then look at that mass called "OTHER Mandatory Programs" .. there's a critical mass of duplications and waste there in that general misnamed category indeed .. this is where they had those duplications .. (especially in public aid) ..

As Congress is 100% responsible for the budget and expenditures, it should at least be indicted, if not executed. No war can be legally fought without Congressional approval. New departments cannot be made from whole cloth without Congressional approval. If Congress were a doctor, all of us would be dead. If Congress were a farmer, we'd all have starved to death years ago. It is Congress that gave our monetary system to the Federal Reserve - how's that for bright?
Presidents can overspend, but they cannot do it without Congressional approval unless there are hinky things going on that the public doesn't know about. The fact is this: There is no responsible party within our entire government, and it is time to close the door. I predict if someone doesn't do something SOON, the USA will be effectively dead within another 2-3 months. Just a guess, but that's all anybody has done and will do.
I think I can also assure the world that if we don't get the Democrat Socialists out of our government, and SOON, they will have screwed it up so totally there will not be a chance to save it from their mauling and rape. Obama also must be gotten out of office before he gives, with Congress' approval, all of our assets to his buddies from the street gang, his czars.
Where is the cost of wars we didn't need to be in or foreign aid to countries who lend us money. Or wasted money on the U.N. America should have that. We should come first. It's was our money.
Let me tell you where the biggest, most foul waste of our tax dollars has been: supporting our elected officials in the custom to which they quickly become "entitled".
I say kick every one of them out of office, suspend government until we can get to the bottom of their corruption, audit the nation's books, and make arrangements to confiscate everything that every elected official at national level has or will ever own, including his health insurance so that that money can be used to repay some of THEIR debt. Their irresponsible and careless waste of our money is OWED to us by THEM. I am quite serious!
